Chromatic Color - Any color except black, white, and the simple grays, which are called achromatic colors. [p. 80]
Chromaticity - The chromatic or color property of a thing. Also, in scientific color measurement, the dominate wavelength of a color plus its purity. A chromaticity diagram [called also color triangle and Maxwell triangle] is a triangular or tristimulus chart that indicates the ratio or percentage of each of the three primaries in the color's makeup. These numerical elements are termed chromaticity coordinates. See also Tristimulus Values. [p. 80]
